Insurance & Financing
We accept most dental plans and file insurance claims as a convenience to you. We are a preferred provider for United Concordia, MetLife, Delta Dental & Humana, if you do not see your company on the list be don’t hesitate to call and ask.
Dental insurance benefits are different from medical insurance benefits. Dental insurance typically doesn't cover all services. Some policies cover only basic services and have annual limits on benefit payments.
Your dentist will prescribe treatment based on your oral health condition, not your insurance benefits. That means you may have some out-of-pocket expenses. Limiting your treatment to what your insurance plan covers could prevent you from receiving proper dental care.
We make it easy and convenient to fit dental care into your budget, but please know that patients are responsible for their part of payments at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, most major credit cards, Care Credit, and Flex spending plans. We offer a cash discount for full payment in advance on major treatment. If you have any questions about payment options please contact out office.
We want our patients to receive the care they want and need, however finances often prevent this. To counter this problem, we offer in house financing, that does not involve a third party, as an option to finance treatment. This allows us to be the bank and make credit decisions to make sure our patients receive the financing they need.
We’re pleased to offer our patients the CareCredit® card, North America's leading patient payment program. CareCredit works just like a regular credit card, but without high interest rates or other costly penalties. You’ll get low monthly payments for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental procedures. Plus, you can use your card over and over for follow-up appointments.
