Dr. Steven Finley

Dr. Steven Finley was raised in Wichita Falls and is an honor graduate from S.H. Rider High School and Midwestern State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He received is Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center, Dental Branch in Houston.

After graduating in 2000, Dr. Finley moved back to Wichita Falls and joined Family Dentistry of Texoma. Dr. Finley has received extensive training in orthodontics. He is a graduate of the Academy of GP Orthodontics and the American Orthodontic Society.

Dr. Finley is a member of Sacred Heart Church and is very active in the Wichita Falls community. Dr. Finley has severed as a board member and President for the Taft Counseling Center and the North Central Texas Ducks Unlimited Chapter. Dr. Finley has a volunteered at the North Texas Rehab Center, and supported the Boy and Girls Club as a member of RIBS Inc. He and his wife Stacy have a son, Gram. When Dr. Finley is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending sporting events and the great outdoors.

Dr. Matt Pitts

Dr. Pitts is a native of Wichita Falls, TX. He and His wife Sarah have two children, Luke and Elizabeth. Dr. Pitts graduated from Wichita Falls High School with honors and then moved to Texas Tech University with a scholarship to play golf where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology. Dr. Pitts is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. 

Dr. Pitts joined Family Dentistry of Texoma in February 2010. Dr. Pitts has done extensive training through continuing education in Oral Surgery, Third Molar Removal, Implant Surgery and Restoration, and Orthodontics. Dr. Pitts has completed the Implant Continuum at Baylor College of Dentistry and is accomplished in Implant Surgery and Bone Grafting associated with Implant Dentistry. Dr. Pitts is a member of The American Orthodontic Society and has completed over 300 hours in continuing education in orthodontics to become proficient to treat even the most complicated orthodontic cases.

Dr. Pitts is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where he has been a Christ Renews His Parish Team Member twice and has severed on an advisory board for a scholarship given by the church to parishioners attending college. He is a board member for the Association for Retarded Citizens charity golf tournament committee and is a supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network. He is currently a board member and is a three time President of the North Central Texas Ducks Unlimited Chapter which raises money through fundraising to support wetland habitat conservation. When Dr. Pitts is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and bow hunting.

Allison - Registered Dental Assistant

Allison joined Family Dentistry of Texoma in May of 2011 and she loves getting to know the patients and her co-workers. When Allison is not at work she enjoys spending time with her nephew in Arlington, cooking and laughing with her co-workers.

Amy - Registered Dental Hygienist

Amy has been a dental hygienist for 10 year and has been a part of the Family Dentistry of Texoma team for 9 years. She loves being a dental hygienist and enjoys the time she gets to spend getting to know her patients. Amy is a graduate of Big Pasture and Midwestern State University. She is married to Chris and they have a daughter in junior high, Autumn. In Amy’s free time she enjoys cooking and working out.

Brittany - Registered Dental Assistant

Brittany is a native Wichitan and graduate from Rider High School. She recently graduated from Vernon Colleges’ Dental Assistants program and joined the Family Dentistry of Texoma team. She enjoys being involved with improving patient’s smiles and making them feel better about themselves as well as forming relationships with them. Brittany and her husband Bill have a daughter, Leighla and a toy puddle, Bentley. They attend Colonial Baptist Church and enjoy volunteering their time with church groups. When Brittany is not at work she enjoys dancing, scrapbooking and spending time with her family.

Candace - Registered Dental Hygienist

Candace just celebrated her one year anniversary at Family Dentistry of Texoma. She is a recent graduate of Midwestern State University’s Dental Hygiene Program and she loves to clean teeth and getting to know her patience. Candice and her husband Cody live in Archer City and have a daughter Kadence. When Candice is not working she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, participating in the Relay for Life and spending time with her daughter.

Katie - Registered Dental Assistant

Katie has been with Family Dentistry of Texoma since 2007 and is a graduate from Hillsborough Community College in Florida. She grew up in Kunkletown, PA. and has lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, California, Florida and now Texas. Katie has two children, Alexandria, who is 8 and a newborn, Aiden. They attend church at Highland Heights Baptist Church. When Katie is not working she enjoys cross-stitch.

Melonie - Registered Dental Assistant

Melonie has been with Family Dentistry of Texoma since 2009 and enjoys working with the patients and meeting people. She attended school at Burkburnett High School, West Texas A&M and Vernon College. She has been married for 7 years to Brandon and has two precious little girls, Ella and Emilee as well as 2 dogs and 2 cats. When Melonie is not at work she enjoys spending time with her children, shopping and going for walks.

Melissa - Patient Services Coordinator

Melissa recently moved back to Wichita Falls from the Metroplex, where she has lived the last 13 years. Melissa says she loves being back in her hometown and seeing friends she has not seen in years. She is excited to meet new people and helping patients recieve new smiles. Melissa is married to Russel and they have four children, Kaylee, Riley, Cami & Brady. When she's not a work she is involved with her childrens sports actvities and spending time with her family.

Sandy - Registered Dental Hygienist

Sandy has been with Family Dentistry of Texoma for 28 years and she loves her patients and her bosses. Sandy is a graduate of Wichita Falls High School and Midwestern State University. She has been married to Leonard Jay for 27 years and has a 19 year old son, Jay Paul, and three dogs. Sandy is a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and enjoys music, boating, eating and reading when she is not at work.
